Job Summary:

Taranova’s Pizza is searching for an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with strong business acumen, a passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate team members across all departments.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, optimize costs, and improve profitability.
• Handle scheduling, labor control, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain inventory, manage vendor relationships, and oversee ordering and stock levels.
• Lead by example in creating a positive work culture based on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Resolve guest complaints and operational issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for ownership/upper management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual setting.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, inventory control, and cost management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic restaurant management software.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for hospitality, quality food, and guest satisfaction.
