Job Summary:

Taranova’s Pizza is looking for a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Cashier Executive to be the face of our customer service team. As a Cashier Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests—greeting them with a smile, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions with care. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a great experience that keeps guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Take dine-in, takeaway, and phone orders accurately using the POS system.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter and cashier station.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, and promotions.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Keep track of cash drawers and report any discrepancies to the manager.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including reconciling cash and restocking supplies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer/POS system skills.
• A friendly, approachable personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
