Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Coach to oversee multiple restaurant locations. The Area Coach will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, and financial performance across assigned stores. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Train, coach, and mentor store managers to enhance leadership skills and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all locations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-centric service.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess operational performance.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices across locations.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on business strategies and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational performance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and develop action plans accordingly.
• Hands-on approach with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety and labor laws.
• Availability to travel between locations as needed.
